           one place but later for whatever reasons wish to change to another neighborhood, we will try to
           help you to transfer your tenancy and switch to another Skytofly.com place, as long as there is
           vacancy and you are proposing to change within the same Skytofly.com subgroup and are
           proposing to sign up for a new term (no less than the reminder of the term at the old place) at the
           new applicable rate, subject to availability.   
           (Subgroup – Art House, Cambie House, and Park House are all under the same subgroup).
