2.       Apply online.  Our services is free.

3.       Reserve online - pay reservation deposit ($300) to reserve a room – visa/master card or paypal ok.  Once your application is approved, the reservation deposit will automatically be converted to appliance/furniture deposit.  If your application is not approved or if we cannot find a place for you then no deposit will be charged.

4.       Forward supporting documents - forward us a photocopy of your ID to complete your reservation

5.       Move In – our staff will be waiting at the location to welcome you.  First month’s rent and security deposit (1/2 month's rent) is due at time of move in.

6.       Enjoy your stay – Meet cool roommates, make new friends, and enjoy your stay -- The most important part!!.    

7.       Refund of deposit – All deposits fully refundable at end of term when the place is returned in good & clean condition.
